Utah Valley University's President's Scholarship Ball is an annual fundraising gala — and for 2025 the theme was an enchanted forest, which set an ambitious production standard. As lead designer, I designed the butterfly arch, picture frame graphics, and LED wall storybook template, managed the printing process, and created 3D renders for all modular graphic elements provided by the client. I also developed and pitched an alternate concept — a weathered mossy stone wall archway — that wasn't selected for the final production but is represented here in the renders. The design system balanced UVU's institutional identity with the immersive environmental language the theme required.
